For Canvas Paintings, domestic shipping cost varies between 7-43 TL. For oil paintings, shipping is free of charge. The main reason for this different range of shipping prices is mainly due to the size of the product. Yes. Once you add the product to your cart; you can click on gift-wrapping and gift-note options to have your order wrapped with gift packaging with a note of your own.  

If you notice any damage on the packaging of your order like a defect or brushing; then, you are advised to refuse to take the delivery of the order, open the packaging before the cargo officer, and have the defects recorded into shipping receipt. In such a case which is very rare; we immiediately send a new replacement for your order once we receive this shipping receipt. On the other hand, our company will refuse to take any responsibility if the buyer fails to have the defect recordrd in the shipping receipt.
